A closer look at each module

01 Foundation

Niche Validation

You start with a research framework, not a blank page. The module walks through how to identify topics where search and community demand exists but content supply is thin. You use a combination of platform-specific search data, community forum analysis, and a simple scoring matrix.

What's included:
  • Niche research framework
  • Competitor mapping worksheet
  • Audience demand signals guide
  • Niche scoring template
02 Technical

Recording Setup Under $200

Three gear configurations at different price points, all within the $200 ceiling. Acoustic treatment using materials you probably already own. The module covers the settings that matter most for clean audio and the common mistakes that cost nothing to fix but make a significant difference.

What's included:
  • Gear recommendation list (three tiers)
  • Room treatment guide
  • Software settings walkthrough
03 Workflow

The 30-Minute Edit

The workflow is built around a specific editing philosophy: edit for the listener, not for yourself. The module identifies the edits that genuinely improve the listener experience versus the ones that only satisfy the creator's perfectionism. A timestamped editing session is included as a reference.

What's included:
  • Editing decision framework
  • 30-minute workflow checklist
  • Sample edit session walkthrough
  • Tool comparison guide
04 Systems

Publishing Without Friction

Consistency is a system problem, not a motivation problem. This module covers show notes that serve listeners rather than just filling a field, metadata that improves platform discoverability, and a publishing checklist designed to make the release process feel automatic.

What's included:
  • Publishing checklist template
  • Show notes framework
  • Metadata optimization guide
05 Growth

Organic Audience Growth

No paid ads. The module covers cross-promotion with shows in adjacent niches, guest exchange programs, community seeding in relevant spaces, and platform search optimization. Each method is evaluated honestly for the time investment required versus the likely return.

What's included:
  • Cross-promotion outreach template
  • Guest exchange framework
  • Platform SEO checklist
  • Community seeding playbook
07 Revenue

Your First Sponsor Pitch

A cold pitch template built for small shows with engaged audiences. How to identify sponsors whose products are a genuine fit, what the pitch email needs to accomplish, and how to follow up in a way that is persistent without being off-putting. The module ends with a realistic picture of what to expect from your first outreach campaign.

What's included:
  • Cold pitch email template
  • Sponsor identification worksheet
  • Follow-up sequence guide
Learning Format

What the experience is like

Each module is structured as a combination of written lessons, downloadable templates, and practical exercises. There are no video lectures you have to sit through if reading is faster for you. The modules are designed to be worked through in order, but the templates and tools inside each one are designed for repeated use long after you finish.

The media kit builder in Module 6 is the most interactive element. It is a structured template with embedded guidance at each section. You do not need design skills. You fill in your information, and the output is a formatted document.

Module 7 includes a cold pitch template that you adapt to your show and your target sponsors. The template is not a fill-in-the-blank form. It is a framework with commentary explaining why each element is included and how to customize it for different sponsor categories.
